Godrej Properties Acquires 75-Acre Nagpur Land Parcel
Godrej Properties (GPL) has exceeded its FY26 business development guidance of Rs 200 billion with the acquisition of a 75-acre land parcel in Nagpur. The project has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 7.55 billion*.
This marks GPL’s third acquisition in Nagpur in four years, reinforcing its focus on emerging growth corridors. The planned development will primarily comprise plotted residential units, with an estimated saleable area of 1.7 million sq ft.

The site also benefits from proximity to healthcare facilities, educational institutions, retail hubs, and entertainment centres.
Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, said, “Nagpur continues to strengthen its position as an important centre for infrastructure and industrial development, supported by improving connectivity and rising residential demand. This acquisition marks another significant step in our expansion journey as we look to strengthen our presence in emerging real estate markets across India. We look forward to developing a quality plotted township that creates long-term value for its residents, aligned with our evolving aspirations.”
