Godrej Properties buys seven acres of land in Bengaluru

In order to build a high-end residential building, Godrej Properties purchased around seven acres of property in Thanisandra, North Bengaluru, on an outright basis. With an estimated income potential of over Rs 12 billion, the project has a developable potential of roughly nine lakh sq ft. The business just obtained the right to lease an approximately 11-acre plot of property in Hinjewadi, Pune. On the aforementioned property tract, it intends to build high street shops and group dwellings. With an estimated income potential of nearly Rs 18 billion, the project has a developable potential of about 2.2 million sq ft.
