Godrej Properties, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced its entry into Vadodara with the acquisition of approximately 34 acres of land. The project will primarily feature premium plotted residential units with an estimated saleable area of around 9 lakh square feet.

This marks the company’s second land acquisition in Gujarat within a year, following the purchase of a 3-acre parcel in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad in October 2024, strengthening its footprint in the state.

The site’s proximity to Vadodara Airport and the city centre enhances its attractiveness as a residential destination.
