Godrej Sells Rs 10 Billion Homes at Hyderabad Project
Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL), one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced sales worth over Rs 10 billion at its Hyderabad project, Godrej Regal Pavilion, located in Rajendra Nagar. Launched in August 2025, this marks GPL’s second successful launch in Hyderabad this year, with both projects surpassing the Rs 10 billion milestone at launch—highlighting strong demand and customer confidence in the city’s real estate market.
Godrej Regal Pavilion is among GPL’s major residential developments in South India, with a developable potential of around 4.14 million square feet and an estimated revenue potential of Rs 36 billion. The project is expected to significantly strengthen the company’s footprint in the southern region of Hyderabad.
Rajendra Nagar, an emerging residential hub, combines affordability with convenience. The locality benefits from rapid infrastructure development, seamless access to the Outer Ring Road (ORR), and proximity to the airport, making it one of Hyderabad’s most promising growth corridors.
Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Properties, stated: “We are delighted with the response to Godrej Regal Pavilion. This outcome reflects the rising preference for trusted, branded residences and Hyderabad’s strong growth potential. Our focus will remain on creating a thoughtfully designed, sustainable community that offers residents an exceptional living experience.”
The strong reception to Godrej Regal Pavilion reaffirms Hyderabad’s position as a high-demand real estate market and underlines GPL’s strategy of expanding in key urban growth centres across South India.
