Google has signed a major office lease agreement for 617,000 sq ft at Atrium Place in Gurugram, marking one of the largest office space deals in 2025. This deal, developed by DLF and Hines, is part of Google’s ongoing expansion in India’s corporate real estate market.

Although the lease terms and financial details remain undisclosed, this move underscores Google’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the National Capital Region (NCR). This follows a previous lease of 550,000 sq ft from managed office provider Table Space in another Gurugram property earlier this year.

A source close to the deal mentioned that Google follows a rigorous approval process for selecting sites, with only a few developers meeting the company’s high standards.

According to Cushman & Wakefield, Delhi-NCR saw a 10 oer cent increase in office leasing during Q3 2025, with a total of 5.1 million sq ft leased, reflecting a 56 per cent year-on-year growth.
