The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has advanced the expected delivery of its Nagpur Marina project by two years, moving the timeline from the RERA-registered deadline of December 2030 to December 2028.
Launched in January 2026, the project was originally registered with a five-year delivery schedule. The company attributed the accelerated timeline to faster construction progress and continued execution despite challenges affecting the wider real estate and construction sector, including material supply constraints and labour disruptions.
HoABL said the revised schedule will enable customers to receive their plots earlier and begin construction of their individual homes ahead of the previously committed timeline.
Abhinandan Lodha, Chairman, The House of Abhinandan Lodha, said the company remained focused on maintaining construction momentum despite disruptions affecting materials, supply chains and labour. He added that the company expects to deliver Nagpur Marina in 2028, ahead of the 2030 timeline registered with MahaRERA.
The project comprises 918 plots and includes infrastructure such as internal road networks, electrical substations, sewage treatment plants and underground water storage systems.
Nagpur Marina will also feature a three-acre beach and wave pool, a 28,000 sq ft clubhouse and more than 40 amenities spread across three dedicated amenity zones.
HoABL has previously delivered projects including Imperial Goa and Isle of Bliss at Dapoli ahead of their originally committed timelines. The company said the accelerated delivery of Nagpur Marina reflects its focus on construction discipline, execution efficiency and customer-centric project delivery.
