Hubtown Secures 11,000 Sqm TDR for Andheri Rehab Project

Hubtown Limited has announced that it has been awarded Transferable Development Rights (TDR) covering 11,000 square metres by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) and the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). The TDR has been granted as part consideration for the company’s ongoing slum rehabilitation project in Andheri (East), Mumbai.
This development strengthens Hubtown’s capacity to undertake future real estate projects, leveraging the TDR to support additional construction rights in other parts of the city.
Established in 1989, Hubtown Limited is a publicly listed real estate developer known for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and IT park developments across India. With a reputation for timely delivery, customer focus, and modern infrastructure, Hubtown has carved out a strong presence in the Indian property market.
