Ideal Cures Founders Buy Rs 1.9bn Worli Homes

Suresh Pareek and Veena S Pareek, founders of Ideal Cures, have purchased two luxury apartments at Raheja Artesia for a combined Rs 1.9 billion, marking one of the largest property transactions recorded so far this year. The two units, located on the 43rd floor, together offer a carpet area of 12,114 sq ft, according to registration documents accessed by Zapkey. The project has already been completed and handed over.

The documents show that the sellers were Chandru Raheja, chairman of K Raheja Corp, and his wife Jyoti Raheja. K Raheja Corp developed the Raheja Artesia project in Mumbai’s Worli. The transactions were registered on 24 December 2025 and include a total of ten car parking spaces.

This is not the first acquisition by the Pareeks at the property. In 2022, Mr Pareek purchased another apartment at Raheja Artesia for Rs 645.7 million. Separately, Shiven Akshay Arora of Blue Jet Healthcare acquired a unit at the same development for Rs 880 million. The latest deal underscores a continuing trend of promoters from listed and unlisted companies investing heavily in luxury residential real estate.

High-value housing transactions have remained prominent in recent years. In 2024, Leena Gandhi Tewari of USV registered a record residential purchase worth Rs 6.39 billion at the under-construction Naman Xana development. A firm linked to Adi Godrej’s daughter Tanya Dubhash also bought an apartment at the same project for Rs 2.26 billion.
