India Sotheby's International Realty Partners With Interiors With Art

India Sotheby's International Realty (India SIR) has formed a strategic joint venture with Interiors With Art Ltd. (IWA) to raise the benchmark in ultra-luxury living in India. The partnership will offer bespoke end-to-end design and architecture consultancy for ultra high net worth and high net worth individuals across the country’s expanding luxury residential market. Amit Goyal, managing director of India SIR, indicated that the collaboration pairs IWA’s global interiors expertise with India SIR’s leadership in luxury real estate to create a distinctive value proposition.

IWA brings more than 24 years of experience delivering world-class interiors for global billionaires and royal families across Europe, the Middle East and India. Its leadership team comprises Sanjay Sharma, who leads strategy and operations and holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and an association with Shri Ram College of Commerce, Shailja Vohora, a creative director with over 35 years of international design leadership trained at the Inchbald School of Design with further studies at Sotheby’s and SOAS, and Shreya Vohora who guides wellbeing and technology initiatives after studies at University College London and executive education from London Business School.

The collaboration is timed as the Indian luxury housing segment records strong growth and buyers increasingly seek global standards of sophistication, technology and personalisation. India SIR’s global network spans 84 countries and territories with 1,100 offices and 26,100 sales associates and achieved a transaction volume of USD 157 bn in 2024. The India team operates in New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Goa, Gurugram and Pune and combines private banking, real estate, hospitality and luxury sector specialists.
