IWA brings over 24 years of experience in the United Kingdom and a reputation for delivering world-class interiors for global billionaires and royal families across Europe, the Middle East and India. The studio’s leadership includes creative director Shailja Vohora, who has more than 35 years of international design experience, and Sanjay Sharma, who provides strategic and operational leadership informed by global commercial experience. The firm also expects a next generation direction under Shreya Vohora, who focuses on wellbeing-led design, technology integration and digital strategy.
Amit Goyal, managing director of India SIR, said the collaboration is intended to bring a new dimension of luxury to clients by blending international aesthetics with local craftsmanship and market insight. IWA leadership described the expansion into India as an opportunity to curate residences that reflect clients’ lifestyles, emphasise artisanal traditions and support long-term wellbeing. Sanjay Sharma noted the firm’s emphasis on discretion, craftsmanship and operational rigour when delivering high-value projects.
The partnership comes as the Indian luxury housing segment experiences strong growth and buyers seek global standards of sophistication, technology and personalisation.
