Co-working firm Innov8 has inaugurated three new facilities in Delhi-NCR, adding over 600 seats to its portfolio with an investment of Rs 100 million. This expansion comes in response to the growing demand for flexible workspace solutions.

The new centres, spanning a total of 60,000 square feet, are strategically located at Unitech Cyber Park, DLF Cyber City, and Okhla. "Delhi NCR's thriving startup ecosystem and its position as a major corporate hub make it an ideal location for our latest co-working spaces," said Ritesh Malik, Founder, Innov8.

Innov8, which was acquired by OYO in 2019, has invested significantly in these developments. The company, founded in 2015, now operates across nine cities, including Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Indore. Innov8 boasts over 30 centres, accommodating more than 8,000 employees from various clients.

With the addition of these new facilities, Innov8 now has seven centres in the Delhi-NCR region.
