Inspira Realty, a Mumbai based real estate developer and subsidiary of Inspira Global, has launched its luxury residential project Inspira One at Bandra Bay with an estimated gross development value of Rs 10 billion (bn). The development will offer three and four bedroom residences emphasising large decks and lifestyle oriented amenities across dedicated floors. The project forms part of the developer's strategy to expand its presence in Mumbai's premium housing segment.
