Gravity Bath acquires Italian luxury bathware brand DILUSSO

Gravity Bath has announced the acquisition of DILUSSO, marking a strategic move to build a globally competitive, design-driven luxury bathware portfolio. The acquisition brings together European design heritage and Indian engineering and manufacturing capabilities.

Founded in Italy, DILUSSO is known for its sculptural design language, artisanal metalcraft and precision engineering. The brand is widely specified in boutique hotels, luxury villas and high-end hospitality projects across Europe, with strong acceptance among architects, interior designers and luxury developers. Gravity Bath said the acquisition aligns naturally with its focus on advanced R&D, smart technology and scalable manufacturing.

The acquisition coincides with Gravity Bath’s expansion into the luxury and ultra-luxury segments and its stated ‘Road to 1000 Crores’ growth vision. The combined portfolio will integrate DILUSSO’s minimalist European aesthetics with Gravity Bath’s engineering expertise to address the requirements of architects, developers and design-led consumers globally.

Gravity Bath said the integration reinforces three pillars of its global roadmap: Italian luxury design with sculptural forms and handcrafted detailing; advanced engineering centred on precision metalwork and durable mechanisms; and future-ready bathware solutions combining European design sensibilities with Indian technology and manufacturing scale.

DILUSSO will also serve as the luxury anchor for Gravity Bath’s international expansion, supporting plans for global retail collaborations, distribution partnerships and flagship experience centres, as the company responds to rising demand for premium, globally benchmarked bathware solutions in India and overseas.
