K Raheja Corp has announced plans to introduce Juinagar’s first international school as part of a 50+ acre mixed-use development in Navi Mumbai. The district integrates office spaces, premium residences, tech-led infrastructure, convenience retail and a lifestyle club, with the school positioned as a key social infrastructure anchor.

The proposed K–12 school will be developed on a dedicated 1.18-acre campus adjacent to Raheja Jadecity and Mindspace, Juinagar. It is being planned to offer a globally benchmarked curriculum, addressing a gap in Navi Mumbai’s education landscape where international-curriculum options remain limited despite the presence of several established schools.

Juinagar is emerging as a walk-to-work micro-market, supported by the Jade City and Mindspace ecosystem and the wider employment corridor across Airoli, Ghansoli and Kopar Khairane. The school’s catchment is expected to span key residential nodes from Kopar Khairane to Seawoods, including Vashi, Sanpada and Nerul, within a 6–8 km radius, aiming to reduce commute times and improve daily convenience for families.

The campus is being conceptualised with a focus on holistic development, including indoor and outdoor sports infrastructure and co-curricular facilities alongside academics.

The founding batch of the school is expected to commence operations in the next three to four years.
