Kaiterra, a global indoor air quality monitoring and optimisation company, has opened its regional hub in Dubai to strengthen its presence across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets.
The new office marks Kaiterra’s first permanent base in the Middle East and will support clients and partners across the region under the leadership of Henry Ng, Regional Director, Middle East.
The company said the expansion comes amid rising demand for sustainable and high-performance buildings across the GCC, supported by large-scale national development programmes including Saudi Vision 2030, UAE Centennial 2071 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
Kaiterra provides enterprise-grade indoor air quality monitoring systems, cloud analytics and related services for commercial real estate projects. The company is currently engaged in several projects across Dubai and other Gulf markets.
Liam Bates, CEO and Founder, Kaiterra, said the regional office reflects the company’s long-term commitment to supporting the GCC’s evolving built-environment sector and rising demand for wellness-focused infrastructure.
Henry Ng, Regional Director, Middle East, said the Gulf region’s growing focus on occupant wellness and sustainable development is increasing the importance of indoor air quality monitoring in commercial and public buildings.
According to the company, the Dubai office will serve as the first of several planned regional hubs across the Gulf as demand for indoor environmental monitoring solutions continues to grow.
