Kolte-Patil posts record income, collections in FY25

Kolte-Patil Developers reported its highest-ever annual total income of Rs 17.64 billion for FY25, marking a 27 per cent year-on-year increase. Collections also hit a record Rs 24.32 billion, up 18 per cent Y-o-Y, while EBITDA stood at Rs 2.27 billion—surging 252 per cent compared to the previous fiscal.

The Pune-headquartered developer achieved sales worth Rs 27.91 billion during the year and launched projects with a cumulative gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 40 billion. Notably, it acquired a joint development project in Pune spread across 22 acre, also with an expected GDV of approximately Rs 40 billion.

CEO Atul Bohra credited the strong performance to disciplined pricing, robust execution, and customer engagement. The company’s Life Republic township alone contributed nearly 1.9 million sq ft to overall volumes. New launches accounted for 42 per cent of annual sales, indicating continued market demand.

Kolte-Patil expects sustained residential demand across segments and aims to leverage its established presence in Pune and growing footprint in Mumbai and Bengaluru to drive long-term growth.
