Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a licence agreement to open Lemon Tree Hotel, Garudeshwar in Gujarat and the property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The signing marks the brand's 32nd property in the state, bringing the total to 32 properties, of which 11 are operational and 21 are upcoming. The move forms part of a strategic push to expand scale across tourism and pilgrimage driven markets.

The hotel will offer 90 well appointed rooms together with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room and recreational amenities such as a swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. The asset will be operated under management of Carnation Hotels Private Limited. It is well connected by road with Vadodara International Airport approximately 85 km away and Ekta Nagar Railway Station around 5 km from the property, ensuring convenient access for visitors.

Gujarat has recorded strong tourism growth driven by landmark attractions such as the Statue of Unity and rising interest in spiritual and cultural travel, and Garudeshwar is emerging as an important node within these travel circuits. The company noted that proximity to key attractions and improving infrastructure are supporting a steady flow of visitors and reinforcing demand for branded hospitality. Management indicated that the signing reflects the strategy to strengthen presence in locations with sustained visitor flows.

The signing in Garudeshwar supports the group's objective to build a connected and diversified portfolio aligned with evolving travel patterns.
