The franchised hotel features 42 well appointed rooms and suites and includes a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room and other public areas. The company stated that the property differs from earlier disclosures to the stock exchange and that the room count is 42 rather than 45.

The hotel is located on Atladra Padra Main Road and provides easy access to major commercial districts and cultural attractions including Laxmi Vilas Palace, Sayaji Gardens and the Baroda Museum and Picture Gallery. It is situated 12 km from Vadodara Domestic Airport and 7 km from Vadodara Junction Railway Station, making it suitable for business and leisure travellers. The location was characterised as ideal for guests seeking proximity to both industrial hubs and heritage sites.

Company leadership described Vadodara as a strategically important market given its growing economic significance and cultural heritage and said the opening strengthens the group's presence in the city. The group already operates two hotels in Vadodara and the new Keys Select property is the third in the city, reflecting a long term commitment to the region.
