Lemon Tree Signs Keys Prima Hotel In Srinagar

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (Lemon Tree Hotels) has signed a licence agreement to introduce Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Srinagar, adding a 60-room property to its portfolio. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The signing marks the sixth Lemon Tree Hotel in the Jammu and Kashmir cluster and increases the group’s presence in the region. The addition follows the company’s asset-light expansion strategy.\n\nThe property is strategically located two km from Srinagar International Airport and 11 km from Srinagar Railway Station, offering convenient connectivity for fly-in corporate travellers and leisure groups. It will provide a range of amenities including a restaurant, banquet hall, conference room and recreational facilities. The recreational facilities are planned to include a swimming pool and a fitness centre. The layout aims to cater to business and leisure demands in the valley.\n\nKeys Prima represents Lemon Tree Hotels’ elevated midscale brand, combining contemporary design with enhanced service standards. The company assessed that domestic tourism growth and infrastructure improvements have increased demand for experience-led stays, prompting the expansion. The signing is intended to capture demand in high-growth leisure markets while maintaining operational rigour. Management sees the launch as reinforcing consistency and quality across key travel circuits.\n\nLemon Tree Hotels operates more than 130 hotels across more than 80 cities in India and abroad and has a pipeline of over 130 upcoming properties. Its portfolio spans seven brands from upper upscale to midscale segments and includes international presence in Dubai, Bhutan and Nepal.
