Macleods Pharmaceuticals' purchases Juhu property for Rs 3.32 billion

In two separate deals, Agarwal Holdings, a group business of pharmaceutical manufacturing firm Macleods Pharmaceuticals, paid Rs 3.32 billion for a nearly two-acre land parcel and a building constructed on it in Mumbai's affluent Juhu neighbourhood.
Agarwal Holdings has now purchased a second property in Juhu. The business purchased a bungalow in this neighbourhood, which is filled with bungalows and homes owned by Bollywood celebrities and industrialists, last year. For this property, which is spread out over roughly 10,000 square feet, the company paid close to Rs 85o million.
The company's most recent acquisition consists of a 1.72 acre land piece with a building that is over 4,305 square feet on it. Since its incorporation in December 2020, Agarwal Holdings has acquired two properties in Juhu totaling more than Rs 4.17 billion.
