Manyata Developers Launches Ekamoi Gardens Immersive Experience Centre

Manyata Developers has launched Ekamoi Gardens, positioned as India’s first immersive residential experience centre aimed at transforming the way homebuyers connect with living spaces before purchase. The digital-and-sensory showcase marks a shift from traditional sales formats to an experiential journey that allows visitors to engage with architecture, nature and emotion simultaneously.

The concept reflects the design ethos of Manyata Ekamoi, a 20.37-acre plotted development off Sarjapur Road inspired by the Japanese principles of Shizen, Yugen and Seijaku. The project features 189 premium plots with 60 per cent open green spaces and a 10,000 sq ft Zen-influenced clubhouse, designed around wellbeing and an atmosphere of calm. The location provides proximity to schools, tech parks and healthcare facilities while retaining a retreat-like setting.

Ekamoi Gardens has been developed in collaboration with Studio Camarada (architectural design) and Levitate Productions (experience management). The installation simulates a “day at Ekamoi” through curated courtyards, botanical pathways, textured materials and soundscapes. Adaptive lighting, climate control and sensors integrate technology as an unobtrusive layer enhancing comfort and spatial experience.

“Ekamoi Gardens is about creating a feeling before a foundation. We wanted people to understand, in a visceral way, how design can centre wellbeing even before they buy a home. This is not just a showcase, it is an invitation to live differently, with more intention, more calm, and more connection,” said Shilpa Reddy, Director, Manyata Developers.

The launch underscores Manyata Developers’ focus on wellness-centred and design-led communities, tapping into the rising demand for residential environments that offer emotional resonance alongside functionality. The format sets a new benchmark for experiential real estate in India, where architecture, nature and technology are woven to support mindful, restorative living.
