Marathon Nextgen Realty’s subsidiary, Sunset Spaces, has signed an agreement to redevelop a residential society in Versova, Mumbai. The 1.5-acre project has an estimated gross development value exceeding `4.5 billion. It is planned as a low-density residential development with larger open and landscaped areas. Sunset Spaces will handle planning, approvals, design, construction and overall execution. The project marks Marathon’s entry into the Versova redevelopment market and expands its presence in Mumbai’s western suburban residential segment through this redevelopment agreement.
