Max Estates, M3M Group Lead Noida Commercial Land Auction

Max Estates and M3M Group have emerged as top bidders in the Noida Authority's commercial land auction, which generated over Rs 15 billion. 

Max Estates secured the largest plot of 41,835 square meters for Rs 7 billion. Notably, 40% of the plot is designated for residential development. Meanwhile, M3M India acquired a 23,570-square-meter plot for Rs 4 billion. 

The auction also saw Mangalam Group winning a 24,000-square-meter plot for Rs 4 billion, while Vertex Construction secured a smaller 812-square-meter parcel. 

The auction highlights the growing demand for commercial land in Noida, driven by prominent developers aiming to capitalise on the city's development potential.
