Mindspace REIT Bags 11 Sword of Honour Awards from British Safety Council

Mindspace Business Parks REIT, owner and developer of a Grade A office portfolio across India’s key markets, has received 11 Sword of Honour Awards from the British Safety Council for 2025. This marks the seventh consecutive year of recognition for excellence in health and safety management and the second consecutive year of earning the highest number of awards among all listed REITs globally.
All 11 participating assets across Mindspace REIT’s portfolio were honoured, reaffirming its commitment to safe, healthy, and sustainable workplaces. The recognised assets include Mindspace Airoli East, Mindspace Airoli West (Gigaplex), Commerzone Yerwada, Gera Commerzone, The Square–Avenue 61, Commerzone Porur, three Mindspace Madhapur SPVs (KRIT, Intime, Sundew), Paradigm Mindspace Malad, and Commerzone Raidurg (Sustain Properties).
To qualify, organisations must achieve a five-star rating in the British Safety Council’s Health and Safety Management Audit and demonstrate excellence across their operations.
