Modis Navnirman Begins Construction Of Rashmi Avenue In Dahisar

Modis Navnirman Limited has commenced construction of a mixed-use redevelopment project named Rashmi Avenue in Dahisar West, Mumbai, following a Bhoomi Poojan ceremony on March 19, 2026. The company said the event marked the formal start of work at CTS No. 829, Village Eksar, Kandarpada and signalled its continued focus on redevelopment-led growth. The development is planned as a community-centric scheme designed to respond to changing lifestyle and business needs in the neighbourhood.

Rashmi Avenue will be developed on a plot of approximately 4,836.25 square metres and will feature 225 residential apartments, 18 commercial shops and one commercial office. The redevelopment will replace an existing structure that comprises 119 residential flats and 17 commercial shops, a change the company expects will enhance utility and value of the site. The project is positioned to offer improved connectivity to key parts of Mumbai and access to essential social infrastructure.

The firm indicated that the design approach will balance contemporary aesthetics with functional living, aiming to provide comfortable and convenient urban residences for buyers. The company noted that the scheme adds to its expanding footprint in Mumbai and reinforces its ambition to create sustainable, well planned and community driven developments. The management emphasised a commitment to high quality construction, efficient design and long term value for residents and stakeholders.

The press release stated that Modis Navnirman was founded in 2010 and has positioned itself as a growing player in Mumbai redevelopment, delivering large projects with a focus on responsible innovation. The company invited interested parties to visit its website for more information and provided media contacts for enquiries. The disclosure has been filed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI listing rules and the company has recorded the ceremony with the relevant stock exchanges.
