NBCC Sells 175 Units Worth Rs 4.85 Billion in E-Auction
The company sold 175 residential units in Iconic Tower No. 13 through the digital auction platform. The total sale value reached Rs 4.8541 billion, reflecting strong buyer demand for the project. As part of the arrangement, NBCC will receive a marketing fee amounting to 1 per cent of the total sale value.
In addition to the successful auction, NBCC secured five new construction and redevelopment orders during the week, taking the combined order value to nearly Rs 6.65 billion.
The largest contract, worth Rs 6.4282 billion, was awarded by the Ghaziabad Development Authority for the redevelopment of the Tulsi Niketan housing complex in Ghaziabad.
Another order, valued at Rs 40.5 million, was received from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. This includes renovation work at the Hyderabad Centre of Excellence, repairs and upgrades at the EIRC Building in Kolkata, and structural, sanitary, plumbing and interior works at the Kottayam Chapter.
The National Forensic Science University awarded NBCC a renovation contract worth Rs 69.5 million for work at its guest house on the Delhi campus.
Two additional contracts were awarded by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India:
Rs 44.2 million for constructing a new building at the ICSI Kanpur Chapter premises.
Rs 71.4 million for developing a new building at the ICSI Lucknow Chapter premises.
