NCCCL Wins Rs 1.13bn Lodha Housing Contract

New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd (NCCCL) has secured a Rs 1.125 billion construction contract from Lodha Developers Ltd for a residential project in Alibaug near Mumbai.

In a statement, NCCCL said it has received a letter of award for the construction of Tower 1 along with associated non-tower ancillary structures at the development. The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process and covers a total built-up area of around 0.726 million sq ft. The estimated contract value of Rs 1.125 billion is exclusive of GST.

Construction at the Alibaug site is expected to commence in mid-January 2026, with an execution timeline of approximately 24 months.

This marks NCCCL’s third contract with the Lodha Group. The company has previously completed a large residential project at Palava spanning about 1.3 million sq ft across 11 towers, as well as a commercial building project in Thane.

Founded in 1946, Mumbai-based NCCCL is engaged in engineering and construction activities across residential, commercial, industrial and institutional segments.
