Nehlia Santo Hills is positioned as a farmhouse development in the Aravalli region near Rewari, while Nehlia Aqua Villas is a riverside project offering second-home and lifestyle-oriented properties. The company said both projects received interest from investors attending the event.

The preview also highlighted a proposed collaboration between Nehlia Developers and 100 acress.com & Income Estate to develop integrated destinations combining land ownership, lifestyle amenities and income-generation opportunities. The company said the proposed model would be structured as a joint venture.
