Nimbus Group has procured advanced boom placers from Schwing Stetter for its flagship residential project, Nimbus The Arista Luxe, located along the Noida Expressway. The move is aimed at improving construction speed, efficiency and build quality.

The boom placer technology is expected to improve slab cycle times by 25–30 per cent. With a pumping capacity of up to 100 cu m per hour and a boom reach of 42–48 m, the machines enable concrete placement across multiple floors from a single setup, helping streamline project execution.

The system supports continuous and accurate concrete pouring, reducing cold joints and improving structural integrity. It is also expected to reduce rework by 15–20 per cent, optimise site logistics and minimise dependency on multiple equipment setups.

Nimbus Group expects the deployment to improve site productivity by 20–30 per cent and reduce manual labour dependency by 25–35 per cent. Controlled processes are also expected to cut material wastage by 10–15 per cent, improving cost efficiency and resource optimisation.
