Oberoi Realty has sold more than 460 luxury homes at Three Sixty North, its first residential project in Gurugram. The sales covered 1.352 million sq ft of carpet area and generated bookings worth Rs.81.09 billion within one week of launch. The first phase includes 832 apartments across six towers on a 14.8-acre site. The project requires an estimated investment of Rs.60 billion and has a potential revenue value of about `160 billion upon completion of the development.
