Paranjape Schemes Plans 1,400 Homes Across Pune West

Paranjape Schemes Construction Limited has announced a festive season pipeline of new residential launches across Pune West, comprising 1400 homes with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 11,750 million (mn). The projects are planned in key growth corridors including Sinhgad Road, Bhugaon and Hinjewadi Phase 1 and aim to strengthen the developer's presence in western micro-markets.

The launch slate includes two towers on Sinhgad Road, two towers in Bhugaon and one tower in Hinjewadi Phase 1, representing a development potential of over 1.75 mn sq. ft. The schemes are described as offering a mix of modern amenities, connectivity advantages and lifestyle-focused living for both end-use and long-term investment.

Amit Paranjape, head of business development at the company, said the festive period is traditionally important for homebuyers and that the launches are intended to provide thoughtfully planned homes in locations that combine connectivity, lifestyle and future growth potential. He also noted that the firm already has a growing presence across nine cities and is developing three large integrated townships as part of its medium to long-term strategy.

Sinhgad Road is highlighted for its connectivity to central Pune and established social infrastructure, while Bhugaon is attracting buyers with scenic surroundings and improving links to Kothrud and the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. Hinjewadi Phase 1 is presented as suitable for professionals working in the nearby IT corridor due to proximity to workplaces, schools and lifestyle conveniences.

Paranjape Schemes was established in 1989 and has delivered over 20 mn sq. ft. across nine cities, serving more than 75,000 residents. The developer plans to deepen its footprint through community-led development, senior living formats and integrated townships, and expects the new launches to draw interest from first-time buyers and investors in high-growth residential corridors.
