R.Evolution has unveiled Eywa Way of Water, a landmark waterfront residential development along the Dubai Water Canal, marking the second project in its Eywa Collection. Conceived as a holistic living ecosystem, the development seeks to redefine ultra-luxury living by integrating principles of well-being, longevity and regenerative design.
Building on the philosophy established with the first Eywa project, Eywa Way of Water explores the relationship between architecture, nature, energy and human experience. Inspired by the rhythm and intelligence of the ocean, the project incorporates water, air, light and spatial flow to promote physical vitality, emotional balance and long-term health.
The development comprises an exclusive collection of 65 private residences, designed with a focus on purity, comfort and restorative living. Homes feature purified air systems, structured living water, abundant natural light and fluid layouts inspired by the movement of water. Bedrooms are EMF-shielded to encourage deeper rest, combining Vedic principles with contemporary luxury.
Designed by Zane Tetere, Founder and Design Director, OAD Architects, the building’s sculptural form is characterised by glazed ceramic panels and marine-inspired bas-reliefs. Interiors use non-toxic, natural materials such as Roman marble and multilayer beech and oak parquet to enhance indoor air quality. Residences are also equipped with advanced home automation and WiredScore Platinum pre-certified connectivity.
A dedicated longevity level offers more than 45 curated wellness experiences, including six swimming pools—among them a 25-metre infinity pool—alongside Himalayan salt, infrared and herbal saunas, cryotherapy facilities, Ayurvedic and Japanese therapy suites, and a traditional hammam. Additional features include a crystal sound meditation pyramid, meditation labyrinth and barefoot reflexology pathway. The Eywa Clubhouse anchors the community with social and cultural spaces, including a library, private dining, cinema and music terrace.
Targeting LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications, the project integrates hydroponic micro-farms, energy-efficient systems and water-saving technologies that reduce consumption by up to 40 per cent.
Alex Zagrebelny, Founder and CEO, R.Evolution, said: “Eywa Way of Water is not simply a building. It is a living ecosystem where architecture, nature, and human intention work together to elevate life itself.”
With a delivered portfolio exceeding €600 million GDV, R.Evolution continues to advance longevity-led luxury living on a global scale.
