Raheja Unveils WTC Navi Mumbai At Vashi NX
The inauguration was led by Ashish Raheja, MD & CEO of Raheja Universal and CEO of WTC Navi Mumbai, alongside senior leaders from the World Trade Center Association (WTCA), including Crystal Edn, Executive Director – Membership Services, and Scott Wang, Vice President – Asia Pacific. Dignitaries from WTCs in Yangon, Perth, Chongqing and Osaka were also present, highlighting the project’s strong Indo-global collaboration.
Situated within the 60-acre Raheja District, the development is envisioned as an integrated business ecosystem offering global connectivity through the WTCA network spanning over 90 countries. It aims to attract multinational corporations and foreign investment into Navi Mumbai.
Ashish Raheja noted that the launch of Prime at WTC Navi Mumbai reaffirms the district’s potential as a high-value, globally aligned business destination. “Our design excellence and scalability have been strong pillars for sustained growth,” he said.
Crystal Edn added that WTC Navi Mumbai will play a crucial role in positioning the city on the global trade map, praising Raheja Universal’s vision for a holistic, future-ready ecosystem aligned with WTCA’s mission.
Strategically located, the project stands to benefit from major upcoming infrastructure including the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA), the Atal Setu (MTHL) and proximity to JNPT Port, making it a prime logistics and trade gateway for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Beyond physical infrastructure, WTC Navi Mumbai will support international trade through seminars, business matchmaking and MSME-focused services, strengthening export-import activity and contributing to the region’s socio-economic development.
The launch gives Raheja Universal global validation while positioning Navi Mumbai as a leading destination for commerce, innovation and international collaboration.
