Ridhira Group has announced the launch of the world’s first 3D-printed resort living community at its flagship project, Ridhira Zen, in Hyderabad. The wellness-focused real estate and hospitality developer is integrating advanced 3D printing construction technology to combine sustainability, innovation, and luxury in one offering.
The adoption of 3D printing marks a breakthrough for sustainable construction, as it reduces waste by depositing only the required material while allowing the use of recycled and locally sourced resources. The method also cuts emissions by reducing the need for heavy machinery and labour, while sustainable cement alternatives such as fly ash and slag can lower carbon footprints by up to 50 per cent. This technology complements Ridhira’s mission of building healthier environments that support both people and the planet.
Beyond the construction innovation, Ridhira is creating a holistic wellness ecosystem. Facilities will include yoga studios, spas, techno gyms, pools with sundecks, and the Ode Spa offering therapies rooted in ancient traditions. Ritesh Mastipuram, Founder and Managing Director of Ridhira Group, said the initiative “redefines luxury with responsibility” by integrating low-waste methods, flexible design, and rapid project delivery into a lifestyle of conscious living.
