The apartment is situated in Lodha Marquise – The Park, a luxury residential project by Macrotech Developers Limited (Lodha Group), spanning 7 acres. The 1,298 sq. ft. unit comes with two car parking spaces. The lease transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 16,300 and registration charges of Rs. 1,000.
Square Yards' analysis of IGR property records reveals that Sharma and his father, Gurunath Sharma, purchased this apartment in March 2013 for Rs. 54.6 million. With the current rental agreement fetching Rs. 2.6 lakh per month, the property reflects a 6% rental yield.
Notably, the father-son duo also owns another apartment in the same complex, bought in 2013 for Rs. 5.70 crore. This property was rented out in October 2024 for Rs. 2.65 lakh per month.
