Bollywood actor Ronit Roy has acquired a sea-view luxury apartment in Mumbai?s Versova locality for nearly Rs 190 million from realty developer Macrotech Developers. The apartment, located on the 20th floor of an upcoming tower in Andheri's western suburb, spans 4,259 sq ft and includes exclusive access to four car parking slots. Roy, along with his wife Neelam, completed the deal on June 10, paying a stamp duty of approximately Rs 11.4 million, according to documents accessed through IndexTap.com.

The under-construction project, a 29-story structure, is scheduled for completion and delivery by December 2026. The source?s email query to Macrotech Developers remained unanswered at the time of publishing, and Ronit Roy was unavailable for comment.
