Rustomjee, in partnership with Keppel, has launched a new residential tower at La Vie, its eight-tower development in Majiwada, Thane. The 58-storey tower will offer 3 BHK and 2 BHK plus studio residences, with apartment sizes ranging from 930 to 980 sq ft and balconies.

Positioned as the most premium offering within the La Vie development, the tower will have a dedicated rooftop swimming pool and homes designed to offer greater privacy and views. Select residences will also feature Rustomjee’s Pod concept. Residents will have access to the wider development’s landscaped open spaces, rooftop recreational amenities and other community facilities.

He added that the development aimed to address changing homebuyer expectations through functional and liveable homes.

Located in Majiwada, La Vie benefits from connectivity to Mumbai Metro Line 4, which has a station at Majiwada, and Metro Line 5, connecting Thane with Bhiwandi and Kalyan. Other infrastructure projects in the area include the Anand Nagar–Saket elevated road and the proposed Eastern Freeway extension between Chheda Nagar and Anand Nagar.

The latest launch marks the next phase of Rustomjee and Keppel’s residential development at La Vie.
