S Raheja closed 2025 with the sale of an ultra-luxury penthouse at Evergreen on Perry Road, Bandra, for Rs 6.28 billion. The transaction, registered on 15 December 2025, ranks among the notable high-value residential deals in the Bandra micro-market last year and highlights sustained demand for rare, large-format homes in established luxury neighbourhoods.

The penthouse, often described as a “villa in the sky”, features expansive private terraces and a double-height living area, offering scale and privacy that remain scarce in the city. With a RERA carpet area of 4,583 sq ft, the transaction reflects an effective value of around Rs 1.37 lakh per sq ft, placing it among the higher-priced residential sales in Bandra.

The residence has been acquired by members of the Singh family, founders of Alkem Laboratories, reinforcing the preference among leading business families for bespoke, low-density homes in legacy locations. As Mumbai’s residential market enters 2026, the Evergreen deal points to the continued resilience of the luxury housing segment, particularly for one-of-a-kind properties combining location, scale and long-term value.
