Sameera Warehouster signs 260,000 sq. ft. deal with automotive firm

Sameera Warehouster, a prominent provider of integrated warehousing solutions in India, is developing a 260,000 sq. ft. facility for a major automotive company along the Bangalore-Chennai highway.
In the initial phase, the company will construct 101,000 sq. ft. of a built-to-suit (BTS) facility in Ennathur, specifically designed for a leading automotive component manufacturer. This warehouse aims to set new benchmarks in industrial space, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the client’s business growth.

Sameera Warehouster has also acquired a 137-acre park in Chengalpet, with plans to develop 3 million sq. ft. of warehousing space. This expansion is part of the company’s broader vision to create robust infrastructure, with development expected to begin soon, offering new opportunities for growth and innovation.
In addition, Sameera Warehouster is planning to develop eight logistics projects across four key markets, covering 460 acres with a combined development potential of 9 million sq. ft.
