For Rs 710 million, Delhi-based real estate developer Sanskar Homes purchased an 800 square yard property in the Westend neighbourhood of south Delhi.

The business, supported by Ravi Arora, plans to build residential storeys on the land.

The company, which specialises in luxury flooring, had already paid the head of the Mobius Foundation, Pradip Burman, for a bungalow for roughly Rs 750 million.
