Shapoorji Pallonji Launches Nine Arcs in Santacruz East
A defining feature is a signature curved elevation formed by expansive, thoughtfully designed decks that extend across multiple residences. These decks function as outdoor living areas and as integral architectural elements that create an arc silhouette, adding movement and depth. They are designed to enhance the residents' connection with the outdoors while improving natural light and ventilation.
Spread across approximately 0.5 acres, Nine Arcs will comprise 137 residential units and nine commercial units. Residences are offered as two- and three-bed layouts ranging from approximately 671 square feet to 1338 square feet, each complemented by generous private decks. The commercial units range from approximately 217 square feet to 1401 square feet and are intended for retail and convenience-led uses. Residences are priced from Rs 29.9 million (mn) onwards, the company said.
The development integrates curated ground-level retail while maintaining a private residential experience. It is positioned in Santacruz East with access to the Western Express Highway, Santacruz-Chembur Link Road, metro connectivity and proximity to Bandra Kurla Complex, enabling seamless links to South Mumbai and the western suburbs. Planned rooftop and podium amenities include an infinity-edge swimming pool, a sky bar, a rooftop jogging track, a multipurpose lawn, barbecue areas and dedicated leisure and children's play spaces. The company said the launch strengthens its presence in Mumbai's premium residential segment as it continues to expand across major urban markets.
