Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor was reported to have rented a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious Juhu locality, with a monthly rent of Rs 6 lakh. The apartment, spanning approximately 3,929 square feet and situated on the third floor of a premium residential tower, has been leased for a total duration of 12 months. It was further reported that Kapoor had paid the rent for the entire lease term upfront.

According to documents accessed via the real estate data analytics platform Zapkey.com, the deal was registered on 16 October. As part of the agreement, Kapoor will have exclusive access to four car parking spaces within the tower. However, the actor was not immediately available for comment.

The apartment is said to be part of a highly sought-after luxury tower in Juhu, a locality famed for housing numerous Bollywood celebrities and high-net-worth individuals. The lease is viewed as another example of Bollywood stars gravitating toward high-end residences in Mumbai’s elite neighbourhoods.

With its proximity to the beach, upscale dining establishments, and a host of other amenities, Juhu reportedly remains a preferred choice for celebrities seeking exclusive and luxurious living spaces.
