SpazeOne, South India’s fastest-growing managed office space provider, has announced a significant expansion across the region, with plans to open new centres in Bengaluru, Kochi, Coimbatore, Trivandrum and Calicut. The move marks the company’s next phase of growth as demand rises from startups, small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations for scalable, technology-enabled workspace solutions.

As part of its Bengaluru-focused strategy, the company will add around 200,000 sq ft of managed office space in the city, backed by an investment of Rs 20 million. The upcoming centre in Whitefield, located close to Seetharamapalaya Metro Station, offers strong connectivity and the ability to expand in phases within the same building, providing flexibility for enterprise occupiers. Bengaluru remains central to the company’s roadmap due to its proximity to global capability centres, large enterprise clients and high-growth startups.

Commenting on the expansion, co-founder Sijo Jose said the move represents an important milestone in the company’s growth journey, noting that South India, and Bengaluru in particular, continues to be a powerful engine for enterprises, global capability centres and startups. He added that the focus remains on building future-ready workspaces that scale seamlessly with clients, allowing businesses to concentrate on growth while operational needs are managed end to end.

Beyond Whitefield, the company plans to launch five to six additional centres in Bengaluru over the next two years, covering a further 200,000 sq ft of managed office space with a total investment of Rs 500 million. These centres will be strategically located in Koramangala, HSR Layout, MG Road, Indiranagar and Whitefield, targeting technology-driven firms and enterprise teams seeking premium plug-and-play offices.

In the first quarter of 2026, new centres are also scheduled to open across South India, including facilities at Alapatt Heritage MG Road, Caspian Tech Park Phase-2 at Infopark Kakkanad and AMV Park Kundanoor in Kochi, Alagendira Plaza on Avinashi Road in Coimbatore, and Maruthi Onyx in Bengaluru.

With an existing operational footprint of more than 550,000 sq ft and close to 8,000 seats across Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, Coimbatore and Bengaluru, the company continues to strengthen its position as a leading regional workspace provider. The latest expansion underlines its commitment to delivering flexible, design-led and technology-enabled offices that help businesses scale without operational constraints.
