SS Group Unveils Single-Tower Luxury Project SS ONE

The development covers approximately zero point eight zero two five acres and is planned for single-phase completion by 2031. It is designed with a low-density configuration to balance high-rise living with privacy. The developer positions the project at the premium end of the residential market.

The tower will feature only three apartments per floor, with unit sizes ranging from 1770 sq. ft. to 1925 sq. ft. Each three-bedroom home has three bathrooms and an additional powder room and includes three to four balconies. Prices start at Rs 27.5 million (mn). The limited flats per floor are intended to appeal to buyers seeking privacy within vertical developments.

The project will include two dedicated clubhouses and a range of lifestyle and wellness amenities such as a state-of-the-art gymnasium, spa and sauna bath. There will be two swimming pools with a landscaped pool deck, a grand multipurpose hall, a reading lounge and landscaped open terrace areas to support recreation and community use. A multi-tier security system will provide controlled access and enhanced safety for residents. The configuration emphasises community as well as privacy.

Strategically located, SS ONE is about three minutes from Dwarka Expressway, five minutes from NH-48, 10 minutes from Rajiv Chowk and 25 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport. The development targets premium homebuyers, upper-middle and affluent families and working professionals across Gurugram and the wider National Capital Region. The company indicated that the project responds to buyer preferences for spacious layouts, privacy and multiple balconies and will strengthen SS Group's presence in the luxury residential segment. The group expects SS ONE to attract buyers looking for long term homes that combine privacy, generous layouts and urban connectivity within Gurugram's evolving residential market.
