Stonecraft has announced plans to invest Rs 3 billion in developing a 110-acre township in Telangana. The project will feature residential zones, green spaces and lifestyle amenities designed to support integrated community living. The company said the township aims to cater to the region’s growing demand for well-planned housing supported by quality infrastructure.

The proposed development will include modern housing clusters, recreational areas, commercial facilities and internal infrastructure designed to enhance liveability. Stonecraft noted that Telangana’s strong economic growth, improving connectivity and rising urbanisation have created a favourable environment for large-scale real estate projects.

Company officials said the investment aligns with their long-term vision of building sustainable and community-focused developments in high-growth markets.
