The grandchildren of renowned actor Durga Khote owned the property in Thal village. They belonged to another old-time cinema family.

Already owning a neighbouring property is Shah Rukh Khan. The property was registered on June 1 and a stampduty of $7.746 million was paid, according to IndexTap(dot)com.
