Trevoc Group Unveils Rs 2 Bn Expansion Plan in NCR Tier-2 Cities

Gurugram-based Trevoc Group has announced a Rs 2 billion expansion strategy aimed at high-potential Tier-2 cities in Haryana, including Sohna, Sonipat, Panipat, Kundli, and Karnal. Known for its flagship Trevoc Royal Residences on Golf Course Road, the developer now plans to roll out plotted developments, DDJAY-compliant low-rise gated communities, and the region’s first hospitality-branded villa project.

The expansion will unfold over two and a half years, driven by strategic joint ventures and joint development models.

“This is a well-timed move aligned with the region’s infrastructure boom and aspirational growth,” said Gurpal Singh Chawla, Managing Director, Trevoc Group.

Sohna and Sonipat are emerging as connectivity hubs, with the Gurugram–Sohna Elevated Road, upcoming metro link, and the UER-II metro extension. Panipat is also set to benefit from the Delhi–Panipat RRTS, slashing travel time to Delhi to under 45 minutes.

The investment will be deployed across land acquisition, development, regulatory clearances, and brand outreach. Initial projects are scheduled to launch in Sohna and Kundli in Q4 2025, with subsequent phases in other cities.

The new portfolio will include 10–25 acre land parcels per project, with three to five developments under consideration, including a luxury villa project in collaboration with a premium hospitality partner.

“Trevoc Royal Residences was just the start. We’re now bringing our brand promise of luxury, trust, and design to new frontiers,” said Sehaj Chawla, MD, Trevoc.

The company is also in talks to acquire a prime land parcel on Golf Course Extension Road, while inviting landowners and institutional partners to collaborate under JD/JV models to maximise returns
