Trinity Business Park has announced the launch of a large-scale integrated commercial development in North Guwahati, aimed at creating one of Northeast India's largest organised business ecosystems.
Spread across 16 acres, the project will feature more than 3 million sq. ft. of built-up space, bringing together retail, office, hospitality and exhibition facilities within a single campus. The development is expected to cater to multinational corporations, technology companies and leading Indian enterprises seeking a strategic base in the Northeast region.
Located in Amingaon, North Guwahati, the project comes amid growing demand for organised commercial infrastructure driven by increasing trade activity, regional consumption and infrastructure development. The development has already attracted interest from business communities, with members of the Assam Textile Merchants' Association committing significant retail space and discussions underway with other industry associations.
"Trinity Business Park is among the first large-scale integrated commercial developments of its kind in Northeast India, designed to provide organised infrastructure for businesses at a scale not previously available in the region," said Hemant Agarwal, Partner, Trinity Business Park. "Our focus is on enabling enterprises to expand and operate efficiently within a structured commercial ecosystem."
The project will feature 16-ft-high showrooms, 12-ft-high office spaces, 18 goods elevators, 25 passenger elevators and parking for more than 3,000 vehicles. Additional amenities include a 22,000 sq. ft. food court, grand atrium, outdoor dining areas, landscaped open spaces, an amphitheatre and dedicated zones for meetings and events.
According to Ravi Agarwal, Partner, Trinity Business Park, the project is designed to address the growing need for future-ready commercial infrastructure beyond traditional metropolitan markets. The development will cater to a diverse mix of occupiers, including corporate enterprises, distributors, manufacturers, professional services firms, educational institutions, healthcare providers, startups and emerging businesses.
Construction is progressing steadily, with the first phase expected to become operational from 2027. The developers expect the project to support greater business activity, industry collaboration and economic growth across Northeast India.
