Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 10 residential, commercial and mixed-use projects worth `12.78 billion across Lucknow, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Agra and Ghaziabad. The projects will deliver 4,498 units. Lucknow accounts for six approved developments, while Gautam Buddha Nagar has two commercial projects. Agra and Ghaziabad have received one approval each. The authority will monitor project progress, regulatory compliance, construction timelines and delivery commitments to protect homebuyers.
