UP RERA Clears Rs 4.17 Billion Projects Across Five Cities

UP RERA has approved seven new real estate projects across five cities in Uttar Pradesh, with a combined project value of about Rs 4.17 billion.

The approved developments will add 1,024 residential and commercial units across Noida, Lucknow, Mathura, Bareilly and Meerut, supporting balanced urban growth in the state.

In Noida, two commercial projects have been approved with a combined value of around Rs 1.81 billion, comprising 298 units. Mathura will see two residential projects worth about Rs 1.55 billion, adding 565 housing units.

Lucknow has received approval for one commercial project valued at approximately Rs 276.5 million, featuring 30 units. Bareilly will benefit from a residential project worth around Rs 245.6 million, providing 106 units.

Meerut has secured approval for a mixed-use project valued at about Rs 284.5 million, which will add 25 residential and commercial units.

UP RERA said the newly approved projects are expected to strengthen both residential supply and commercial infrastructure, contributing to more evenly distributed real estate development across Uttar Pradesh.
